Good to know
Questions investors ask
Do you promise a return?
No. Nobody can. You get the numbers and the assumptions behind them, and you decide.
Can I live in one unit and rent the others?
Many owners of 2–4 unit homes do. Lenders and assistance programs treat an owner-occupied property differently, so ask your lender early.
Do I need a rental license?
Many Twin Cities cities require one, often with an inspection. We check the city's rules before you buy.
Where do I start?
With a call about your goals and budget. Bring the areas you're considering and the questions you have.
