SMS Terms and Conditions

Takwid Estates text messages: who sends them, how you opt in, what to expect and how to stop them. Effective October 5, 2026.

Who sends the texts

Takwid Estates is the real estate team of Weshebi Desmond, Realtor® at Bridge Realty. Our text messages come from 612-400-7353 and are sent by Tap n Review LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company at 4439 Lynx Ct, Eagan, MN 55123.

Program

Takwid Estates text updates. Messages from Weshebi Desmond and Takwid Estates about your home search or sale, including replies to your questions, appointment confirmations and reminders, and updates on your transaction. If you also tick the separate promotional box on a form or in our chat window, you may get occasional promotional texts about Takwid Estates services, such as new listings, market updates and event invitations. Texts are sent by Tap n Review LLC, 4439 Lynx Ct, Eagan, MN 55123.

How you opt in

You can agree to texts in four places. In each one the boxes are separate, optional and never pre-ticked, you give your mobile number yourself, and agreeing to texts is not a condition of working with Takwid Estates or of any purchase. We do not buy or share phone lists.

  1. Our website forms on takwidestates.com/buy, /sell, /invest, /eagan, /moving-to-minnesota, /guides/first-time-buyer and /tools/affordability. Each form asks for your mobile number (optional) and shows two unticked boxes with their full wording:
    • Box 1, informational: Text me about my enquiry, appointments and home search or sale from Takwid Estates (Tap n Review LLC). Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Not required to work with us.
    • Box 2, promotional: Also send me occasional marketing texts (new listings, market updates, event invites) from Takwid Estates (Tap n Review LLC). Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
    Both boxes link to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
  2. Our questions page at takwidestates.com/start (the same questions open from /onboarding): the same two boxes, with the same wording, at the end of the questions.
  3. Our booking form when you book a call, at takwidestates.com/book or right after one of the website forms: the same two boxes, with the same wording.
  4. The chat window on our other pages, such as the home page and takwidestates.com/text: select the chat button in the corner of the page, enter your name and mobile number, then tick one or both of its two separate boxes: one for informational texts and one for occasional promotional texts. Each box names Tap n Review LLC, the company that sends our texts, and explains message frequency, message and data rates, and STOP and HELP. Its links open the terms and privacy policy of LeadConnector, the messaging platform behind the chat window; these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy explain how Takwid Estates handles your messages and your information.

Message examples

  • When you opt in: “You've opted in to receive messages from Tap n Review LLC. You may get customer care and/or promotional messages. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.”
  • Customer care: “Hi! This is Tap n Review LLC. We received your recent inquiry and a team member will follow up shortly. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”
  • Promotional, only if you ticked the promotional box: “Hello from Tap n Review LLC. We're excited to share a new promotion available for a limited time. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Message and data rates may apply.”

Message frequency varies with your search or sale. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to opt out or get help

Other terms

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
  • We may update these terms and will change the effective date above when we do.
