Takwid Estates ("we", "us") is the real estate team of Weshebi Desmond, licensed with Bridge Realty. Tap n Review LLC, 4439 Lynx Ct, Eagan, MN 55123, runs this website and sends our text messages. This policy explains how we handle information about you when you use takwidestates.com, book a consultation, fill in our forms, chat with us, or receive our emails and text messages.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, mobile number, email address, what you would like to do (buy, sell or invest), booking details, onboarding form answers, and messages you send by chat, text or email.
• Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, recorded by our hosting provider for security and reliability. Our booking, form and chat tools may use cookies or local storage so they work properly.
• Approximate location: to fit the chat greeting to you, our website server looks up the approximate location of your IP address (your US state, or simply outside the US) in a location database kept on that server (IP Geolocation by DB-IP). The result is used only for that greeting. We don't store it or share it, and it isn't linked to you.
• Analytics: we only use analytics cookies if you agree to them, and you can change your choice at any time.

We never ask for Social Security numbers, bank account details or identity documents through this website.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and schedule your consultation.
• To provide real estate services and keep you updated on your search or sale.
• To send information you asked for, such as our buyer guide.
• To send appointment reminders and updates by text message, only if you have agreed to receive texts.
• To keep our website secure, and to meet our legal and brokerage record-keeping obligations.

How we share it

• Our brokerage: Bridge Realty, as needed to provide real estate services and meet legal requirements.
• Service providers that run our systems on our behalf, including our client management platform (IkniteOS, built on HighLevel) for forms, booking, chat and messages; Google Workspace for email; and Railway for website hosting.
• Others with your permission, for example a lender you ask us to introduce you to.
• When required by law, or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages, we use your number to send messages about your home search or sale. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Email desmond@takwidestates.com to ask for a copy of your information or to correct or delete it. We may need to keep some records to meet legal and brokerage requirements.

How long we keep information
